Rev. Ceasar was ordained May 2004 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in New Orleans, Louisiana under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Mitchell J. Stevens Sr. and the Louisiana Freeman Missionary Baptist and Education Association.

He was called by the Holy Spirit to Pastor Nazareth Baptist Church in New Orleans, Louisiana, May, 2004.

In the Year 2007, he relocated Jonesville, Louisiana, where he became the shepherd of St. Mark Baptist Church Family.

Pastor Ceasar attended Southern University and received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in English degree in the year of 2000.

Currently, attending Andersonville Seminar & Theological Institute of Andersonville, Georgia.

He’s a member of the Little River Missionary Baptist Association and Union Determined Missionary Baptist Church. Serves as Dean of Congress Christian Education.

A member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.

Pastor Ceasar is married to Keisha Y. Ceasar.

God has truly blessed Pastor Ceasar with a ministry that reaches the people of God through the word of God.  He is anointed, filled with the Holy Spirit and shall always Trust in the Lord with all His Heart.

Pastor Ceasar and the St. Mark family are “Raising the standards of Christian living, as they seek to build the Kingdom of God”.
