Be grateful for the simple things that you can do such as being able to see, to walk, to have health and to be able to face life with peace of mind. Lord, on a daily basis I will count my many unnamed blessings.

Achieving peace is never easy, with responsibilities of work, children, friends and relationships. In addition to financial pressures and the uncertainty of our future, we wish we could get a minute of peace.. Lord in the midst of my storm, I pray that you will give Peace.
Try This Exercise: “Stop” Take a Deep Breath. Breath in Peace and Exhale Worry, Doubt and Frustration.

Staying focused is not always easy in today’s hectic world, but that should not prevent us from remembering what is truly important in our lives. When we remember what is truly important and prioritize, staying focus in this world would become second nature. Lord give me clarity of mind so I can truly appreciate what is important.
